Service Description
Our emergency call-out service is designed to get your heat pump system back up and running quickly and safely. Whether your system has stopped working, is showing faults, or is no longer performing as expected, we carry out a full diagnostic to identify the issue and implement an effective repair where possible. We work across both air source and ground source systems, covering the outdoor unit, indoor components, controls, and system performance. With a focus on clear fault finding rather than guesswork, you can expect a professional, efficient service that minimises downtime and prevents further issues.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be booked and paid for in advance via our online system. Cancellations or rescheduling require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Changes made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a charge. Please ensure clear access to all relevant equipment at the time of the visit, including the outdoor unit, cylinder, and controls. If access is not available, the appointment may be treated as a missed visit and charged in full. For emergency call-outs, arrival times are estimated and may vary depending on workload and location. All services include system diagnostics and professional assessment. Any additional repair work or parts required will be discussed and agreed on-site before proceeding.
