Cancellation Policy

Appointments must be booked and paid for in advance via our online system. Cancellations or rescheduling require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Changes made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a charge. Please ensure clear access to all relevant equipment at the time of the visit, including the outdoor unit, cylinder, and controls. If access is not available, the appointment may be treated as a missed visit and charged in full. For emergency call-outs, arrival times are estimated and may vary depending on workload and location. All services include system diagnostics and professional assessment. Any additional repair work or parts required will be discussed and agreed on-site before proceeding.
